Hope is originally from Cub Run, KY, and has both a B.A. in Anthropology and an M.A. in Folk Studies from Western Kentucky University. She has lived all over the eastern United States from New York to Florida in the past 12 years but has returned home to the farm and new opportunities. Hope began practicing yoga around 10 years ago, not developing a serious practice until 2015. In March 2019, she received her RYT-200 teaching certification from Homegrown Yoga in Versailles, KY, and is now ready to bring the joy of yoga back to her home region. Through yoga, Hope wants to bring unity to the community on all levels, to everyone: no matter experience, background, or ability.
Asha means hope, expectation, prospect— “something on the horizon”. Hope’s latest endeavor is Asha Yoga, and we are proud to be hosting her in our space. Keep up with Asha here.
